TPA & CYCLE GEAR

WWW

Just wanted to quickly post a ride disclaimer to remind all riders that you are riding at "your own risk".

Track Junkiez and the "group" that shows up and attends any ride or function is NOT responsible for the well being of any other rider, riders bike, gear, transportation, vehicle, trailers, etc.....

If you are under the age of 18, YOU must make sure you have permission from your guardian in order to participate as part of the group as well as have all documents, waivers, passes, etc... in order for every ride.. Again, you (and/or your guardians are responsible) for every action that pertains to our group rides/track days, etc.....

We (as a group), do a good job checking on the general performance and "well being" of other riders and likely, out of good riding/group riding etiquette and courtesy, maintain this on a casual level. This posting/disclaimer is not intended to detour people from wanting to ride with us (we all started riding with someone.... several folks here can agree that overall, part of what makes group riding enjoyable is helping a new rider enjoy their time riding... no matter if it's a fellow riders children, wife, girlfriend, etc....) However.... please REMEMBER, you are responsible for your own well being as stated above.

RIDE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
